We do not accept returns or exchanges, except when an item arrives damaged during shipping.

Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at edboy0701@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging.

Once the damage is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, including any necessary return shipping costs.
